Little-Known Fact

I used to moonlight as a fitness trainer.

My dad was a computer science professor, so I was drawn to technology from a young age. Over time, I developed a deep appreciation for how tech pushes the boundaries of human productivity. But if there’s one thing I learned over the course of my career—from my early role as a product manager at Dropbox to many years in venture investing—it’s that the people behind the tech make all the difference.

I get to spend my days collaborating with brilliant founders who are unsatisfied with the status quo and devote their life to solving big problems in response. Whether I’m introducing them to an expert who can unblock a hurdle or validating their product’s value from a user perspective, it’s incredibly rewarding to work with these visionaries and find ways to accelerate their progress.

Helping entrepreneurs navigate high-stakes decisions and challenges requires trust and empathy, so genuine connection is critical. Building these relationships is also the best part of the job – being friends first, colleagues second. It’s a privilege to surround myself with such passionate and driven people on a day to day basis.
