Wherever I go and whatever I do, I’m driven to make a positive difference. From my very first job shucking oysters at Swan Oyster Depot to my current role connecting the next generation of entrepreneurs with the right resources, I’ve always aimed to leave people better off.
As an operator at IVP, some of my workdays involve big decisions or creative ideas. Others entail helping a colleague or a portfolio company solve an annoying problem. But each and every day is an opportunity to make the world just a little bit better.
My optimism and push for results may annoy some, but I am convinced that almost anything is possible with focus, determination, hard work, the right team and a little luck. You just have to get to it.
